I initially was a little concerned when I had not received my order by 10 days & an enquiring email was unanswered. However I did then receive an email a couple of days later saying they were waiting for part of my order & a family issue had caused the delay. So all good in the end. I have used Past Impressions quite a few times in the past & have no reason not to use them in the future.
