I never have problems with Past Impressions. Dispatching is always on a quick turnaround so you don't have to wait long for stitching goodies!

Had a problem but it was dealt with straight away and the person was very nice.
One of the items I ordered was out of stock but I was able to change the delivery address so it could be delivered directly to my daughter. Very speedily dispatched within a few days and daughter received it in time for her birthday.
