This was bought for a present. It looks exactly right and we are pleased with it although not having used it we can't absolutely say what it is like. What we can say is that we got a fantastic service from Past Impressions. They kept us accurately informed every step of the way and delivered promptly and well packed. After being let down by another supplier we were very impressed and will definitely use them again.
Past Impressions aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours, however please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery (Mon-Fri) of receiving cleared payment, although it is normally much quicker than this. If you are unsatisfied in any way at all, please return the unwanted item within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
The item must be unused, unopened and retain its original labels & packaging. Sale items are not returnable or refundable.

In all returns situations we recommend that you use a signed for service, with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item as Past Impressions cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Postage costs will be refunded if the return is a result of any error we made in fulfilling your order or if the goods are faulty. To facilitate a speedy refund or replacement, please include a copy of your receipt and state the reason for the return.
