Item was ordered on the 20th October, by the 30th I hadn't heard anything so emailed and got told there was a problem with the batch but an email to let me know would have been nice to save me having to contact you. Arrived eventually on the 14th November

Would like to say how impressed I was with the speed with which it was delivered. I placed the order on the Sunday night and it arrived first thing Wednesday morning. I ordered this card and was surprised by the length of time for delivery quoted (up to 2 weeks!!). As this is cut to order I decided to go ahead and order it anyway hoping for the best (its for my daughters wedding in 3 weeks).
