My wife has completed quite a few cross-stitch over the years but the last two were some threads short. Japanese Garden was short of a few colours but she found left overs of the same from previous cross-stitches. Lakeside Garden which she is just finishing was six colours short, by that I mean she ran out but again as found left overs or similar colours to complete it to her satisfaction.

The customer service is great. I was looking for an item that was out of stock and was asked if I wanted to be emailed when it was back. I said yes but figured I would never hear from the company, as I have experienced with other websites. To my surprise I was emailed about a month later letting me know that my item was in stock again. The shipping is very fast and the cost is reasonable, considering it it being shipped out of country. I highly recommend this website and will most definitely will be shopping with them again.

An excellent service from Past Impressions. My only criticism is that it would be great to have a rating to show how difficult these cross-stitch patterns are. I have done a lot in the past but haven't done one for a while. Going back to cross-stitching, I might have done better to have started with one that's a bit easier!
