Product looks great. hasn't been unpacked as a Christmas present for my wife.
It arrived when expected. The contents were packaged safrly. I liked the way the threads were already seperated out snd on a thread holder with correct symbol against each colour. The chart is lovely and clear to follow. Each symbol is visible so no mistakes deciding which colour goes where. I shall enjoy stitching it.

I usually receive my orders from Past Impressions within a few days, so when I hadn't received this one after a week I called Past Impressions and a very nice lady there promised I would have it by the middle of the following week, but in fact I received it within a few days - in plenty of time to be given as a Christmas present. Great website which is easy to use and great customer service.

The order didn't arrive when it was supposed to and there was no communication. I had to call and email more than once before I got an explanation. I was satisfied with the response but it could have come without me having to call them. Arrived promptly when they said it would.
