I questioned the delivery time and the staff were excellent. Answered all my questions and offered to cancel the order. As is was, the product arrived within 3 days, exactly on my mums birthday
First of all the kit looks wonderful, Hannah Dale is so good and combined with Bothy Threads you can’t go wrong. But it is the customer service that sets Past Impressions apart - you are contacted every step of the way until the package arrives. Add that to free postage and it’s a winning combination.
Have not yet received it despite receiving an email 7 days ago that it had been dispatched by first class Royal Mail. They blame it on Covid - but Royal Mail is delivering to my address fine ! Not happy.?
