An error on the website let me order an item which turned out to be out of stock. They called me to let me know and offered me alternatives. Then I noticed an error on the delivery address on the follow up email. Called them and they immediately corrected this and sent it special delivery. Shame about the errors but I was impressed with their personal and efficient resolutions and customer service. Would use again.
