I am not an experienced Cross stitcher but I really enjoyed this kit. Subtle colouring that gives a lovely result, the bead and ribbon gives a beautiful end product.

Bought for a friend who has a dog like the one on the picture am sure she will love it. Had to wait a while for it to arrive the only draw back however was advised there would be a delay.

The actual cross stitch design is very pleasing but marred by misrepresentation of ‘ cross stitch kit WITH FRAME’ , when a frame is totally missing from received item.

As expected I love this x stitch, the colours are lovely and the instructions are very clear. I'm hoping to put a wooden bar top and bottom if there is enough fabric to allow.

Order arrived sooner than the reported delays which was a pleasant surprise. A little disappointed that it turned out to be delayed which was only conveyed after purchased as was going to be a gift for a friend but I appreciate that this is down to the current circumstances which are out of the stores control. The only problem I had was when I signed up for the newsletter and I had confirmation I was invited again. I don't know if your system recognises a customer once you sign up.
