Product delivery was as advised at time of order. The cross stich is very difficult when using dark colours on the black Aida provided. I bought a piece of 14 black Aida but even this is proving difficult.

Beautiful kit. Would be helpful if thread card incorporated slots/holes for partly used threads but it was easy enough to cut slots in myself.

In all returns situations we recommend that you use a signed for service, with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item as Past Impressions cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
