An excellent and prompt service from Past Impressions. My kit arrived promptly and has everything as described and promised. I would certainly use the company again.
Past Impressions aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours, however please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery (Mon-Fri) of receiving cleared payment, although it is normally much quicker than this. We use Royal Mail 1st Class post and a courier service for larger orders.
Overseas orders are sent via Airmail or a courier service.

In all returns situations we recommend that you use a signed for service, with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item as Past Impressions cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
