So excited started straight away. Nice to have pre-sorted threads which I tranfer to bobbins. Nice large pattern, no need to enlarge, thank you

I was advised as soon as this product became available, as it had been out of stock. Once ordered it arrived very quickly. The product is exactly what I wanted. I'll certainly use Past Impressions again.
Past Impressions aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours, however please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery (Mon-Fri) of receiving cleared payment, although it is normally much quicker than this. We use Royal Mail 1st Class post and a courier service for larger orders.
Overseas orders are sent via Airmail or a courier service.

If you are unsatisfied in any way at all, please return the unwanted item within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
The item must be unused, unopened and retain its original labels & packaging. Sale items are not returnable or refundable.

In all returns situations we recommend that you use a signed for service, with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item as Past Impressions cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
