Orders are accepted according to the following terms and conditions.
We are primarily an on-line company and therefore the best way to contact us is by email at [email protected] Alternatively you can call us on 020 8335 3930 (+44 208 335 3930 from outside the UK) during office hours, Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00. We aim to respond to emails and messages within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
MAKING A PURCHASE
When an on-line order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order. No contract for supply exists between Past Impressions Ltd and the customer until despatch of goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all email and address details are correct. Past Impressions Ltd can not be held responsible for non-receipt of orders if incorrect data has been supplied.
Customers can pay by Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and also by PayPal. For offline orders we also accept cheques or postal orders made payable to Past Impressions Ltd. drawn on a British bank (British £’s only). Orders will not be despatched until funds are cleared.
Our systems offer industry standard encryption and are PCI DSS compliant, reasonably ensuring that your card details and personal information can not be intercepted by any third parties.
Overseas customers should note that they are entirely responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs charges that may be levied when an order reaches its destination. These charges vary significantly from country to country, so overseas customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information. Past Impressions Ltd. are not in a position to advise on these charges.
We endeavour to give full and accurate product descriptions on our website at all times but with thousands of products, errors may sometimes occur. All prices are shown in British Pounds (£). We only bill in £s so when ordering from overseas, the final amount paid in local currency will depend on the exchange rate charged by the customer’s bank or card provider.
Past Impressions will endeavour to show the correct pricing details at all times, however due to there being thousands of products listed in our store, there may be an occasion when an item is mis-priced. If a product's correct price is lower than that listed, then the lower price will be charged. If a product's correct price is higher than that listed, then we will contact you to ask for permission to complete the order at the higher price, or to cancel the order.
All our prices are shown inclusive of VAT (currently 20%). VAT will automatically be deducted from orders placed from outside the European Union.
DESPATCH AND DELIVERY
We offer free delivery to UK addresses. For overseas orders we charge a flat rate of £4.20 for Europe, and £7.20 for the rest of the world.
Orders are normally sent by first class post or by Airmail for overseas deliveries. Past Impressions Ltd reserve the right to use other couriers from time to time. Please allow up to 10 working days for despatch although we aim to send your goods sooner. If a product is not available for despatch within 10 working days then we will advise you of this. All goods remain the property of Past Impressions Ltd until they are paid for in full and despatched.
If you wish to return your order to us in its unopened and original condition within fourteen days of receipt we will refund the purchase price. If the item is faulty or if we have made an error processing your order then we will also refund the cost of return postage. Please contact us at [email protected] or by telephone on 020 8335 3930 to obtain a Returns Authorisation before returning the order to us.
EMAIL MARKETING & PERSONAL DATA
Past Impressions Ltd. will only use your details to process your order and provide you with the best possible service. Your details are not shared with anyone outside of the Past Impressions group, and we NEVER pass your data on to third parties. If you consent, then we will use your email address to send you our regular newsletters containing discounts, news and special offers. If you no longer wish to receive these then you can easily unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.
We accept no liability for any damages to property or life as a result of incorrect use of our products. Products are intended for use by adults with the exception of needlecraft kits specifically designed for children (as stated in the product descriptions) which should only be used under adult supervision. Past Impressions Ltd accept no liability for delays caused by an item being out of stock.
