If you are unsatisfied in any way at all, please return the unwanted item within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
The item must be unused, unopened and retain its original labels & packaging. Sale items are not returnable or refundable.
If your item has been lost or damaged in transit, has arrived faulty, or is incorrect, then please call or e-mail us immediately on +44 (0)20 8335 3930, email@example.com. We will then arrange the best course of action to take.
In all returns situations we recommend that you use a signed for service, with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item as Past Impressions cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Postage costs will be refunded if the return is a result of any error we made in fulfilling your order or if the goods are faulty. To facilitate a speedy refund or replacement, please include a copy of your receipt and state the reason for the return.
