Website was very easy to use and purchase arrived about a week later. Instructions are very good but found the cross stitch material a little flimsy. But all in all a good purchase.
Past Impressions aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours, however please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery (Mon-Fri) of receiving cleared payment, although it is normally much quicker than this. The item must be unused, unopened and retain its original labels & packaging. Sale items are not returnable or refundable.

In all returns situations we recommend that you use a signed for service, with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item as Past Impressions cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Postage costs will be refunded if the return is a result of any error we made in fulfilling your order or if the goods are faulty.
