I had difficulty paying through PayPal, but a helpful chap from Past Impressions called me the next morning to apologise for the problem and to take my payment details. The kit arrived quickly and I'm looking forward to stitching it. It was well packaged and it just what I expected. I love browsing the Past Impressions website and it's always so hard to choose!
Past Impressions aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours, however please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery (Mon-Fri) of receiving cleared payment, although it is normally much quicker than this. If you have any queries regarding delivery please ring our team on 01752 936201 with details of your order to hand. If we cannot deliver your order within the expected time period, we will make every effort to contact you by e-mail and inform you of the expected delivery time.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class post and a courier service for larger orders.

If you are unsatisfied in any way at all, please return the unwanted item within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
The item must be unused, unopened and retain its original labels & packaging. Sale items are not returnable or refundable.
If your item has been lost or damaged in transit, has arrived faulty, or is incorrect, then please call or e-mail us immediately on 01752 936201, sales@past-impressions.co.uk. We will then arrange the best course of action to take.
In all returns situations we recommend that you use a signed for service, with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item as Past Impressions cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Postage costs will be refunded if the return is a result of any error we made in fulfilling your order or if the goods are faulty.
