About Us Past Impressions Ltd is a family run business and we are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. Established in 1992 as a mail order needlecraft company, we have evolved with the times to focus mainly on web based sales, although we have recently re-introduced our popular catalogue to cater for customers who do not have access to the internet. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add To Cart" button next to each product. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We are happy to deliver worldwide. If ordering from outside of the EU you will not be charged VAT (current VAT rate is 17.5%). This will be deducted from the cost of your order at checkout.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, UK Maestro and Solo - but not AMEX.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Please ensure that you enter the correct address details as we can not be held responsible for non-delivery if the address is incorrect. |
Shipping And Handling We operate "the price you see is the price you pay" policy for all UK orders. In other words postage and packing is FREE for UK deliveries.
For delivery to Europe we charge a fixed rate of £2.50.
For delivery to the rest of the world we charge a fixed rate of £6.00
All items are sent by either Royal Mail or by airmail. |
| Delivery Schedule Product is despatched daily. If a product is out of stock then we would normally expect delivery within 5 working days, and will then despatch it to you immediately on receipt. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although we aim to deliver sooner. |
| Back Orders If the manufacturer is experiencing any undue delays in re-stocking us, we will notify you of these delays, and you will have the option of cancelling your order. |
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Orders outside of the EU will not be charged VAT. This will be deducted at checkout. |

Returns Policy If you are not happy with your purchase then you may return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days of purchase, and a full refund will be given. Postage costs incurred in returning the goods will be refunded if the return is a result of any error we made in fulfilling your order or if the goods are faulty.
