Past Impressions Ltd is a family run business and we are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. Established in 1992 as a mail order needlecraft company, we have evolved with the times to focus mainly on web based sales. 2007 saw the relaunch of our website, which we hope will make shopping with us a pleasant experience that you will want to return to. We have also re-launched our popular mini-catalogue to cater for customers who do not have access to the internet. Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add To Cart" button next to each product. When you have made your selections, click on "checkout". You will then be asked to enter your address and card details in order to complete your order - we have procedures in place to ensure that these details remain secure.
All prices are given in British pounds £
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Maestro and Solo cards.
Shipping And Handling
We want to keep our pricing structure simple so you know the total amount you will pay before you get to the check out stage of your order. For this reason, postage and packing is FREE to UK based customers. To send to Europe we charge a fixed rate of £2.50, and anywhere else in the world is £6.00. We send goods by first class post, or airmail.
Delivery Schedule
Product is despatched daily. If a product is out of stock then we would normally expect delivery within 5 working days, and will then despatch it to you immediately on receipt. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although we aim to deliver sooner.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You are not charged until we despatch.
Tax Charges
All prices include VAT (at 17.5%). If you live outside of the EU, then VAT will be deducted at checkout.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. (A padlock denoting that your details are secure, will appear on your screen when you are about to enter your credit card details.
Privacy Policy
Past Impressions Ltd will not share buyers' details with anyone outside of the Past Impressions group of companies. We NEVER give details to third parties.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, please return your order in good condition within 10 days of receipt for a refund. Customers outside the UK are advised to email in advance of returning goods. Please remember to include your name and address and the reason for your return.
