I have been doing cross stitch for a number of years but I have never seen 3D cross stitch before. I thought the tall tree was the best size of all but there was plenty to choose from and they would make lovely gifts. I received the tree about 10 days after ordering it, which was quicker than I expected, it came very well packaged. Once I opened it I found the instructions very clear and easy to understand and everything you need to complete it is in the pack, the only part I was a little disappointed with is the guide for which thread to use, it is on the back of the pattern sheet instead of the front where it would be easier to use and wouldn't mean continually turning the sheet over. I certainly recommend the pattern if you like doing something slightly different and I am certainly looking forward to making a start on it.

If you are unsatisfied in any way at all, please return the unwanted item within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
The item must be unused, unopened and retain its original labels & packaging. Sale items are not returnable or refundable.
If your item has been lost or damaged in transit, has arrived faulty, or is incorrect, then please call or e-mail us immediately on 01752 936201, sales@past-impressions.co.uk. We will then arrange the best course of action to take.
In all returns situations we recommend that you use a signed for service, with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item as Past Impressions cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Postage costs will be refunded if the return is a result of any error we made in fulfilling your order or if the goods are faulty. To facilitate a speedy refund or replacement, please include a copy of your receipt and state the reason for the return.
